Before and After Apartments| SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County

This apartment in the West Fort Bend County, Texas Heights area suffered from a sprinkler pipe that was broke during a roof installation. The pipe burst caused partial damaged to 11 units and 4 hallways. SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County had to use a insulation removal machine to remove all the wet blown in insulation throughout the attic space. In the after picture you can see where SERVPRO of West Fort Bend County took out the affected carpet pad, baseboard, drywall, and the affected insulation from the cavity space. This was a tricky job to maneuver through since we were dealing with tenants and their contents. After all was said and done the property manager was glad we dried everything out properly and she could begin the reconstruction on the affected units.
